On Friday 25th January, Johnny and his publisher Coterie Press will be holding an event at Classic Team Lotus, Potash Lane, Hethel for the launch of his new book ‘Black & Gold’ The story of the John Player Specials, a special edition hardback which covers an unprecedented period in motor racing history where major sponsors appeared on the F1 scene, including tobacco giants John Player Special, Rothmans and Marlboro.
